This week we are giving our students a good dose of classic British comedy, that is, Mr. Bean. They get to watch a sketch and then, afterwards, they have to discuss various aspects of it. The funny thing is, our so-called classic British comedy seems to be more popular in China than it ever was in the UK. The local supermarket stocks every episode, Rowan Atkinson is a household face and most the kids have seen all the episodes.
